Refund Policy

A fair, transparent approach to customized consulting work.

Consulting engagements are inherently custom. This policy explains, in plain language, when refunds are possible and how we support clients throughout the engagement.

Our Principles

Bookters believes in transparency and fairness. Our engagements are highly customized, and this policy explains how refunds are considered and how we continue to support clients after delivery.

Seven-Day Refund Window

A full refund may be requested within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, provided that work has not yet commenced and no project deliverables have been produced. Requests should be made in writing through the contact form.

Once Work Has Begun

Once research, strategic planning, analysis, writing, submissions or other project work has begun, refunds are no longer available. This is because each engagement is customized specifically for the client, and the value of the work is delivered progressively rather than as a stock product.

If a Project Cannot Proceed

If a project cannot move forward because required client materials are not provided, Bookters will work with the client to reschedule the engagement rather than cancel it, keeping the value already committed intact.

Unforeseen Circumstances

If Bookters is unable to complete a project due to unforeseen internal circumstances, appropriate refunds or alternative arrangements will be discussed directly and resolved fairly with the client.

Ongoing Support

Every completed engagement includes reasonable post-delivery support to answer questions, clarify recommendations and help clients understand and apply their deliverables. Our goal is that clients receive lasting value from every engagement, well beyond the day of delivery.
